ADELAIDE 50′

Adélaide50′ is a high-performance and innovative catamaran that we have designed for a new catamaran french brand.
Adelaide50′ is the first 15-metre catamaran to have a perfectly sheltered interior helm station, allowing the management of the sails from the inside.

Description of ADELAIDE 50′

Adelaide50′ is a high performance unit designed and built in fibreglass/carbon composite.

The interior design of this offshore cruiser is particularly innovative as the forward part of interior cockpit features a helm station with steering wheel and full electronic equipment, as well as a main rope management area with winches and jammers at the foot of the mast post.

The exterior lines of the catamaran have been particularly worked on to move away from the classic “standards” of large modern cruising catamarans.

Roof and superstructure lines plunging backwards, ensure an original design borrowed from the lines of cars and their aerodynamics.

Secondary steering stations with tiller bars allow the boat to be steered alternately from the outside, with all manoeuvres available.

Inside the boat, the Adelaide50′ has a large U-shaped galley, a generous saloon, and a helm station/chart table optimally positioned for the forward view. On the port side, a hinged glass hatch provides quick access to the front of the boat for the helmsman.
